AMBER and CRANN participated in European Researchers Night 2024 on Friday 27th September in Trinity College Dublin Front Square as part of Start Talking About Research Today: European Researchers Night Project (START-ERN).
Colleagues from various Projects housed in AMBER were in attendance including:
BioLaMer an EIC funded Project addressing the Food Waste and Petrochemical Plastics Challenges by Introducing a New Food waste Value Chain.
Aspects – Quantum thermodynamics of precision in electronic circuit devices a Horizon Europe Project investigating ultimate thermodynamic limits of measurement.
NXTGENWOOD is an Irish research program and network for delivery of next generation wood products and increased economic return for Irish wood products.
This annual event is a great opportunity for all ages and interest levels to explore research in a tangible way and gain an understanding and an insight into how it works behind the scenes improving our everyday lives and hopefully inspiring the next generation of researchers.
AMBER has a strong emphasis on collaboration. Central to AMBER’s research remit are collaborative projects performed with industry partners, and working with academic, industry and wider stakeholder on international and national research programmes.
