AMBER FI and Assistant Professor in Chemistry at Trinity College Dublin Dr Larisa Florea has received the Intel Corporation 2023 Rising Star Award.
With a background in organic chemistry and polymer science, and her expertise in 3Dfabrication and micro-fabrication technologies Dr Florea’s research tackles some of the grand challenges in materials research , by showing that intelligent chemistry, smart design, and precise engineering can give enhanced capabilities to soft materials.
