AMBER was delighted to host a visit for colleagues from the Henry Royce Institute last week Dr. Jonny Blaker – Lead for Biomedical Materials and Lisa Hearty Business Development Manager Biomedical Materials
Meetings were hosted by AMBER’s Daniel Knapper FCMI MCIM, Denise Carthy, Deirdre Caden, Lorraine Byrne, Conor Buckley and Michael M. with tours of the TBSI Trinity Biomedical Sciences Institute and AML Advanced Microscopy Laboratory
This initial visit centered around discussing possible ways to collaborate for future research projects across multiple sectors and industries. This will be the first meeting which will then be replicated in Manchester over the next 3 months where AMBER will be Guests of the Henry Royce Institution.

AMBER has a strong emphasis on collaboration. Central to AMBER’s research remit are collaborative projects performed with industry partners, and working with academic, industry and wider stakeholder on international and national research programmes.
