IMPRESS Innovative approaches for marine and freshwater based ingredients to develop sustainable food and value chains
Vision: To provide tangible solutions for the development of marine and freshwater bio-based economies in Europe that take full advantage of the underutilized marine and freshwater low trophic species (LTS).
Mission: To create, test, upscale and bring to the market new knowledge-intensive products derived from LTS and processing waste waters.
This is a Teagasc led project with a tart date of 1st May 2023 and a budget of €5,995,286.
